Booking Conditions

Important Information

Please read these carefully as the person making this booking accepts all the terms and conditions of TravelMaxx Luxury Travel on behalf of all persons named in the booking.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE:

DEPOSITS & TICKETS ARE NEITHER REFUNDABLE NOR CHANGEABLE

Unless specified, all deposits paid and tickets purchased/issued are non-refundable. In case of cancellation or no show, bookings/tickets are non-transferable and name changes are not permitted. Any changes to bookings will incur additional fees as charged by the airline or service provider plus an administrative fee of £35 per change.

1. Making a Booking

When you make a booking with TravelMaxx Luxury Travel, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking. A contract exists between you and TravelMaxx Luxury Travel once we have issued a booking confirmation and received the required deposit or full payment.

2. Deposits & Payments

If you are reserving a flight by making an advance partial payment, please note that fare/taxes may increase without prior notice. The price is not guaranteed until the ticket is issued. We always recommend you pay ASAP to avoid this situation.

Deposit Requirements

  • Standard Deposit: £50 per person for most flight bookings
  • Package Holidays: 20% of total package price
  • Last Minute Bookings: Full payment required at time of booking
  • Group Bookings (10+): Higher deposit may be required

Final Payment

Final payment is due no later than 10 weeks before departure unless otherwise specified. If final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.

Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Bank Transfer (BACS/CHAPS)
  • Cash (in-person only)
Note: If you cancel your reservation, the paid deposit(s) will be non-refundable. Credit card processing fees (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable.

3. Checking Flight Details

It is your responsibility to check all details are correct immediately upon receiving your booking confirmation and final documents. You must verify:

Passenger names match passport
Travelling dates
Transit time & layovers
Origin & destination airports
Stop overs
Baggage allowance
Seat preferences
Meal preferences
⚠️ CRITICAL: Once the ticket is issued, no changes can be made to passenger names unless specified by the airline. Name corrections may incur fees up to £150 per ticket.
